Services and Rates

Dr. Bush does not take insurance and operates as an "out of network" provider. Some insurance companies may reimburse you for a portion of the session fees. Speak to your insurance company directly to find out.

Rates:

• Initial consultation/evaluation: $200 (1 hour to 1.5 hours)
• 45-60 minute individual/couple/family therapy session: $185
• Fees for sessions of greater length to be determined and discussed on an individual basis
  • "Good Faith Estimate": Please contact Dr. Bush for a "Good Faith Estimate" document which is an estimate of costs of services for your specific needs. Costs will be approximately $200 for the intake plus $185 per session for all sessions agreed upon thereafter. 

Reduced Fee:

• Reduced fee appointments are available on a limited basis. Dr. Bush understands that that cost of therapy may be more than some are able to afford. Please contact Dr. Bush to discuss your needs so she can put together a plan that works for your budget. Please mention your need for a reduced fee during your initial call. 

Payments: 

• Cash, check and credit card (Visa/Mastercard/American Express) accepted for payment. 
• Payments are due at the time of each scheduled session.  

Cancellation Policy:

• Please understand that your scheduled session time is reserved specifically for you.  If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified Dr. Bush at least 24 hours in advance, you will be expected to pay the full cost of the session unless in an emergency situation.
